By signing up for an account (paid or free) BlogPDQ agreees to:

• Provide secure access to our platform and tools for site management
• Host your content so long as:
  • It is lawful
  • It abides our content policy
  • Maintenance is not in progress

By signing up for an account (paid or free) you, herin referred to as "the customer", agree:

• You are 18 years of age or older (an adult)
• You reside in the United States
• You will follow all laws of where you reside
• You will not knowingly or unknowingly bypass restrictions, limitations of BlogPDQ's services

Content Policy

All content hosted on our service must abide by state and federal laws where you primarily do business. That includes but is not limited to:

• Laws protecting minors
• Laws against digital piracy
• Laws against selling anything illegal

As a company, we have our own policies regarding the content we will host. Our servers are our own private property, so we will not support content with:

• Hate speech, which calls for the elimination or displacement of people based on their identities. (race, nationality, orientation, gender, income, etc.)
• Gross and deliberate misinformation with the intent of inciting anger.
• Pages set up with the intention of Doxxing or rallying a mob against an individual.

Violating the content policy can result in an explanation e-mail and the removal or blocking of content.
