By signing up for an account (paid or free) BPDQ [DEV] agreees to:

• Provide secure access to our platform and tools for site management
• Host your content so long as:
  • It is lawful
  • It abides our content policy
  • Maintenance is not in progress

By signing up for an account (paid or free) the customer ("You"), agree:

• You are 18 years of age or older (an adult)
• You reside in the United States
• You will follow all laws of where you reside, even if it is outside of the jurisdiction BPDQ [DEV] operates
• You will not knowingly or unknowingly bypass restrictions or limitations of BPDQ [DEV]'s services.
• Your full legal name on your account serves as a signature to all policies and waivers at the time of registering.
• If said name is not the full legal name, it nullifies all agreements between the parties insofar as BPDQ [DEV]s obligations to the customer.
• You agree to all posted policies. These include but are not limited to:
  • Content Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Copyright Policy
  • Trademark Policy
• Service may be terminated at any time, including the operation of customer sites and the removal of their content. At such time, billing will be stopped but no refund will be issued for prior billing.

Liability Waiver

By registering for an account, you hereby release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue BPDQ [DEV] for any reason. That would include site availability, site performance, or any other technical issues. In lieu of these legal actions that you are waiving, you accept termination of the account and billing as acceptable recompense.

Content Policy

Follow the Law

All content hosted on our service must abide by all local, state and federal laws where you primarily do business. That includes but is not limited to:

• Laws protecting minors
• Laws against digital piracy and copyright
• Laws prohibiting any kind of content
• Laws prohibiting the sales of any item or certain sales practices

Do Not Incite Violence or Misinformation

As a company, we have our own policies regarding the content we will host. Our servers are our own private property. We will not support content with:

• Hate speech, which calls for the elimination or displacement of people based on their identities. (race, nationality, orientation, gender, income, etc.)
• Misinformation aimed at inciting violence, promoting medical and health misinformation, interferring with voting in elections and census.
• Unverifiable rumors that could result in physical harm to peoples or a person.

Because BPDQ [DEV] cares about free speech we will use our best discretion and you, the customer, agree to trust our discretion to moderate these kinds of content. There is no concern for a customer's normal business operations unless your business is directly involved in the above items.

Like all policies, violating the content policy results in blocking of content with a request to cease future content that fall under a similar category. Depending on the nature, this may lead to direct account termination (such as if it violates law). In other cases, you allow BPDQ [DEV] its discretion to terminate the account with no refund for services paid.
