All use of BPDQ [DEV] logos, names, and trade dress must only appear on system managed pages such as the default "Not Found" page or default "Site Maintenance" page and never in the context of customer content.

Examples

Examples include but are not limited to making pages that look like official pages published by BPDQ [DEV]. This could be implied through use of our logo, name, or even look and feel.

Repeated Violation

BPDQ [DEV] is allowed full discretion to make such sites unpublic and if an account repeatedly violates the policy, may have their account terminated without refund.
